🎧 What are Open Decks?
Open Decks is a weekly event where DJs of all levels can come and practice, experiment, and perform live. It’s a safe and supportive environment to test new techniques, try out tracks, and improve your skills in front of a friendly audience. Whether you’re preparing for gigs or just want to jam, Open Decks gives you the space and time to explore your sound.
🎶 Stages & Slots
- CoffeeStage: 18:00–22:00, hourly slots, chill vibes only, no hard techno, max 125 BPM.
- MainStage: 18:00–02:00, hourly slots, open to all styles.
🗳️ Booking Rules
- Slots open every Wednesday at 15:23
- Each DJ can book one slot only (for B2B sets, both DJs book the same slot)
- If you performed in the last two weeks, wait 48 hours before booking again to give others a chance
📝 How to Book
- Booking is done via telegram bot post, just click on your desired slot, to cancl vote click again on the same slot
- You can book only one slot
🎛️ Equipment
- CoffeeStage: Standard setup is 2x XDJ-1000MK1 + DJM-750MK2 / DJM-700
- MainStage: Standard setup is 2x XDJ-1000MK2 + DJM-2000 / DJM-750MK2 / Xone:96
- After CoffeeStage closes (usually at 22:00), its players are moved to MainStage, so MainStage then has 4 decks.
- For vinyl DJs, we can prepare a couple of Omnitronic DD-5250 turntables, please contact us in advance
- Your USB must be FAT32 formatted with tracks prepared in Rekordbox
- XDJ-1000MK1 does not support FLAC. We reserve the right to assign equipment as needed; please plan accordingly. Converting FLAC to another compatible format it is generally more universal and works across different player models.
- Recording: We have the option to record your set, if you’re interested, just let us know before your set
⚠️ Guidelines
- Follow all instructions from the staff
- Only interact with the DJ setup you’ve been assigned. Do not touch other equipment!
- If you need any adjustments ask staff member to do it
- Respect other DJs and audience members
- Keep the volume and style appropriate for the stage (CoffeeStage is chill, ≤125 BPM)
- Arrive 10–15 minutes before your slot and be ready to play
- Be flexible – schedules may shift slightly, and equipment may be reassigned
